RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare construction documents, including schematics and specifications for building projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the drafting process.
• Revise designs based on feedback from project stakeholders while maintaining project timelines.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and graphic design materials for client meetings.
• Conduct site visits to gather information necessary for drafting accurate plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit
• Revit: 5 years (Required)
• Experience in drafting for construction projects with a strong understanding of architectural principles.
• Background in graphic design or interior design is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles is beneficial.

• Prepare estimates from designs, takeoffs and specifications including labor, equipment, materials and sub-contractors
• Analyze and execute construction documents
• Purchase orders and material deliveries
• Manage on-site inventory
• Scheduling
• Identifying and managing changes
• Sub-contractor coordination and supervision
• Quality control and onsite inspections
• Manage costs by tracking labor, equipment, materials and sub-contractors

QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and communication
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment
• Manage project schedules
• Monitor quality control processes, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and technical standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with managing contracts and procurement processes within the construction industry

• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated supervising experience in fast-paced environments
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Perform physical tasks as needed and be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
