The Concrete Superintendent is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining compliance with company standards and client expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Oversight:
- Manage all on-site activities for assigned projects, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Team Coordination:
- Supervise, manage, and lead self-performing crews in a variety of concrete work including footings, pit floors, walls, interior, and exterior concrete.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards on all job sites.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Quality Assurance:

- Communication:
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, project managers, and inspectors.
- Provide daily reports and updates to project management.
- Resource Management:

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in construction supervision, preferably in agricultural, residential, and commercial projects.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Proficient in scheduling and project management software.
